About Us

Our Aims

To provide a neutral safe and controlled environment for a child to see their non-resident parent or other family member

To be completely impartial and non-judgemental with parents and children

To be totally child focused where all decisions are made with the well-being and best interests of the child as our priority.

Our History

Inverclyde Family Contact Centre has been running for over 25 years. Originally set up in 1994 as a project of the Church of Scotland, Presbytery of Greenock, we became an independent trust in 2003.  Though independent, our work is still supported by the Clyde Presbytery of the Church of Scotland.

In 2006 the centre was awarded the Queens Award for Voluntary Service to the Community.

In 2017 we moved to our present home at 6 Jamaica Street In Greenock
